Our new, patented on-time ignition system delivers better engine performance and efficiency for spark ignited engines. It can improve the fuel consumption and emissions for cars, two wheelers and heavy vehicles with varied types of powertrains and can operate with petrol, CNG, Hydrogen and other fuels used in SI engines.
Enhanced Spark Energy and Flexibility
The high energy spark is achieved through on-time transfer of energy to the plug, which allows the coil to act as a transformer as well, while charging. This allows for more than 3X the spark energy and larger spark plug gaps. This is superior to currently existing systems which discharge energy through the coil during off-time only. On-time igntion allows for modulation of spark energy and duration in real time. The sustained and increased levels of spark energy enhance performance at all points on the engine map.
